Workshop – Lightweight Materials & Structures – 22 March 2012
Within the field of advanced materials, lightweight materials offer many opportunities for new product developments and improvements on existing products. The core question is, how technology-oriented companies within the Greater Euregio Meuse-Rhine area can turn their knowledge and developments into successful cross-border business ideas and projects. If you have an idea for an innovative product involving the use of lightweight materials, or if you are curious to discover the possibilities and benefits of applying these materials in your current products, you should attend this workshop.
Economies & people within the triangle Southern-Netherlands – Western-Germany – Eastern-Belgium are growing ever closer together. One of the main assets of this cross-border region, the greater Euregio Meuse-Rhine area, is the huge knowledge potential.
“Top-Technology-Cluster” (TTC) is a joint cross-border initiative to support technology-oriented companies, especially SMEs, to find the right partners & to establish sustainable business cooperation across the borders.
In order to stimulate this process further and to generate innovative project ideas with high business potential the TTC-cluster Advanced Materials organizes a thematic workshop on ‘Lightweight Materials & Structures’.
